What is at risk

  • Apply cuts and add stricter requirements to Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP, aka food stamps)

  • Eliminate the heat-and-eat loophole which would further limit the food folks could buy with food stamps

  • Reform the Thrifty Food Plan

  • Eliminate CEP (free school meals)
